Science Tutor

£17 -£21 per hour

Our client is a highly successful independent secondary school based in the Failsworth area of Manchester.

Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit a new Science Tutor.

This challenging and rewarding role will see you tutor small groups (class sizes are no more than 5 pupils) of KS3 and GCSE-level pupils who have a range of SEMH and SEND needs. 

The school has a unique, vibrant atmosphere and the successful applicant will be given a full induction facilitated by Shine ECCR.

Ongoing CPD and training opportunities will be offered to the successful candidate both by Shine ECCR and our client. 

The hours of work are 8.30am – 1.30pm, Monday – Thursday.

Please note that this role will be offered as a self-employment opportunity and the successful candidate will need to be registered for tax self-assessment. 

The ideal candidate will have, or be working towards, a degree in a subject area relevant to that which they will be tutoring.
